We will coordinate the many contractors required to keep your home running smoothly. This includes identifying contractors, meeting with them to obtain estimates and scheduling work to be performed.
Our property manager will work with you to develop a personalized maintenance plan and schedule that is specifically tailored to meet the needs of your home and amenities.
We will maintain an online calendar to help you plan and track upcoming scheduled maintenance and events. Log on to access the status of open projects, work orders, and maintenance schedules.
Our service will budget and track the fees associated with the work we coordinate for your home. We will track quarterly and provide annual accountings for your records.
As your primary contact for contractors and service providers, we can facilitate access to your home in your absence, if desired.
We also offer Construction Management services for larger projects. While not covered under our annual maintenance contract, we are happy to tackle the larger projects that tend to come along from time to time. You will find that working with someone already familiar with your home can make more extensive projects run even smoother.
